Mark is a Trainee Trade Mark Attorney in Edwin Coe’s Intellectual Property team, with over ten years’ experience working in intellectual property.
Mark is known for his reliability, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex trade mark and design portfolios. He is passionate about supporting clients in protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights across multiple jurisdictions
Mark supports the trademarks team by:
- Preparing trade mark and design applications in the UK, EU, and internationally, including via WIPO and national offices.
- Drafting responses to examination reports, assisting with overcoming objections, and liaising with trade mark offices.
- Conducting trade mark clearance searches, researching earlier rights, and assisting with infringement, opposition, and cancellation matters.
- Assisting with intellectual property issues relating to contentious and non-contentious matters.
