Marina Russell
Marina is a Legal Director in our Private Client team. She deals with the administration of estates including those with complex Inheritance Tax issues and international aspects.
Marina also advises on Inheritance (Provisions for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims, general trust administration, will drafting and onshore estate and tax planning for individuals.
Marina has expertise in Court of Protection matters including advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney and acting as The ‘Certificate Provider’ where needed. She can also advise on applications to the Court of Protection.
Having joined Edwin Coe as a trainee solicitor in 2004, Marina qualified into our Private Client Department in 2006.
