Marelyn also contributes to High Court litigation and has supported high-profile disputes, including for easyGroup.

With a background spanning private practice and in-house roles at the Serious Fraud Office, McLaren, and a global pharmaceutical company, she brings a pragmatic, commercially attuned approach to brand protection.
