Eloise Lloyd
Eloise is an Associate in our Corporate team. She is commercially minded and takes pride in resolving complex issues with clarity and dedication.
She joined the firm in September 2025 from a Corporate team at a Magic Circle law firm.
As an all-round corporate lawyer, she works with clients on a range of transactions including public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations, and general corporate advisory work. Eloise has advised clients in a range of sectors, including energy, mining, financial services, technology, and professional services.
EXPERIENCE
Eloise’s experience includes:
Advised a major professional services firm on the merger of its UK and Swiss partnerships.
Advised a FTSE 100 steel and mining company in relation to the demerger of its coal business.
Advised a Greek bank on the sale of its payment services business to a global payments provider.
Advised an international battery manufacturer in relation to a joint venture with a major automotive company and a Turkish conglomerate for the establishment of a gigafactory in Turkey.
