Eleanor is an Associate in our Intellectual Property department, she works across the Intellectual Property Disputes and the Intellectual Property teams.

Eleanor is thoughtful and strategic, with a focus on resolving IP disputes efficiently and with clarity.

 

Eleanor advises on a range of IP issues covering trade marks, passing off, copyright, patents, domain names and confidential information. She has experience of both contentious and non-contentious IP matters across a broad range of sectors including technology, media and entertainment, fashion, retail and financial services.

 

In her Intellectual Property practice, Eleanor advises start-ups, medium-sized corporates and major global companies on:

 

Brand Protection: Clearance, protection and enforcement of UK and EU trade mark portfolios.

 

Litigation: trade mark and copyright infringement proceedings before the High Court and Court of Appeal.

 

Registry Proceedings: Represented clients in trade mark registry proceedings before the UKIPO and EUIPO.

 

Commercial transactions: Advising on media services agreements and software licensing agreements.
