He has particular experience in acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, litigation funding, restructurings and structured finance. David advises on how finance transactions are structured, as well as the drafting and negotiation of loan agreements, intercreditor arrangements, guarantee and security documents and all related agreements.
