Christopher is a Legal Director and Barrister specialising in intellectual property and general commercial law. He is meticulous and collaborative, dedicated to navigating intricate legal challenges with clarity and strategic insight.

Although an employed barrister (specialising in contentious IP matters), Christopher has extensive expertise in advising and negotiating on non-contentious matters, involving technology, aerospace, pharma and life science clients. His expertise extends to data protection issues regarding GDPR compliance and matters regarding standard-essential patents or FRAND licences.

Prior to joining Edwin Coe in September 2025, he worked in a magic circle firm and later qualified as both a solicitor advocate and barrister, before becoming a Partner and Head of IP at a regional law firm.
