Aidan is a paralegal in the Commercial Disputes and Class Actions Department.

He is currently assisting on the Trucks cartel claim, in which the firm represents 140 Claimants, including a leading supply chain company. Prior to joining Edwin Coe, Aidan worked on the “Dieselgate” Group Litigation.

 

Aidan assists in litigating against major corporations, on behalf of small-to-medium sized businesses in various Class Action claims. He has substantial experience in handling substantial group claims and complex multi-party litigation, managing various deadlines and client communication.

 

Aidan brings a collaborative and practical approach to his work and is known for his strong organisational and analytical skills. He is currently supporting claims related to cartel damages, involving various high-profile truck manufacturers, estimated to be worth around £150 million.

Assisting on the high-profile Pan-NOx Emissions Group Litigation and related proceedings, involving over 1.2 million Claimants and 1,500 Defendants.
Aidan has assisted in defending a Part 11 challenge filed by a major vehicle manufacturer against some 13,000 Claimants.
