Linky Trott

Linky has a wealth of experience and advises on a full range of employment issues for established corporate clients and senior executives in both regulated and non regulated industries.

Linky understands that when a business or a senior executive has an employment related issue, it frequently requires immediate and urgent attention and Linky is consistently praised by clients for her speed of response and turnaround time. Her client base encompasses a broad range of industry sectors including financial services (from senior executives in substantial financial institutions to owner managed hedge funds), professional services (including legal, architectural, accounting, recruitment, and consultancies), local authorities, PR and advertising, manufacturing and retail companies.

William Bishop

Associate

William joined Edwin Coe as an Associate within the Employment department in November 2015. After graduating from the University of Exeter with a 2:1 LLB Law degree in 2011, William undertook the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law (now the University of Law), which he completed with distinction in 2012. Prior to joining Edwin Coe, William worked at Cripps as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the Employment team in 2014.

William has experience in assisting primary fee earners acting for claimants and respondents in a variety of tribunal claims; as well as employers and employees on the terminations of employment and settlement agreements, and disciplinary and grievance procedures. He has drafted and reviewed contracts of employment and staff handbooks, assisted with the employment aspects of corporate transactions and general employment advice to businesses on day-to-day HR issues.
