The Third Parties (Right Against Insurers) Act 2010

The article reflects on the Third Parties (Rights Against Insurers) Act 2010 (the “Act”), which received Royal Assent in March 2010, and is finally due to come into force on 1 August 2016 following the recent Commencement Order that was made on 28 April 2016.
