Post budget update and the changing environment for UK residential and commercial property ownership.

Edwin Coe’s Tax practice will be providing an update on the key messages for non-resident and non-domiciled private clients coming out of the most recent Autumn Budget. The presentation will be focused on current and future challenges and any opportunities which may emerge.

The team will also be discussing the changing environment for non-UK residents with interests in UK residential and commercial property, with a particular focus on the following topics:
