Simeon Gilchrist to speak at Guildhall Chambers Insolvency Seminar

Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that Restructuring & Insolvency Partner Simeon Gilchrist will be speaking at Guildhall Chambers’ annual Insolvency Seminar in Bristol. The day includes a series of talks and workshops from members of the Chambers, as well as a keynote address by HHJ Matthews.

Alongside Simon Passfield of Guildhall Chambers, Simeon will be discussing de facto and shadow directors’ fiduciary duties and liabilities in the light of Instant Access Properties.
