Emma qualified in 2008 and advises across a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including day-to-day HR issues, strategic management of disciplinary and grievance processes and full scale litigation.
She has particular expertise in discrimination law and also advises on unfair dismissal, whistle-blowing, corporate transactions and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. Emma works with corporate clients and individuals across a variety of industry sectors, including hospitality, charity, media and entertainment, financial services, manufacturing, education, and local authorities.
Emma is a trustee and member of the management committee of Disability Action in Islington and is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
