Meet The Advisers: Legal – Enterprise Nation & Dell Technologies

In partnership with Enterprise Nation and Dell Technologies, Edwin Coe is delighted to be guest speakers at a ‘Meet the Advisers’ event series, which will showcase expert advisers and inspiring entrepreneurs over a series of four interactive and informative events.

Each session will focus on a different category of small business advice – from digital, marketing, finance and legal – but all will offer invaluable advice and guidance to help small businesses innovate and grow.

Nick Phillips, from our Intellectual Property team will be a panellist in the fourth session of the series, and will be exploring how founders need to be proactive in understanding and managing the legal requirements to run a successful business. Key questions on all things legal will be asked – including company set-up, Intellectual Property, employment contacts and preparing a business for sale.
