Edwin Coe is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a seminar which will focus on the tax implications following the General Election 2015. This seminar will be of particular interest to high-net-worth individuals and their advisers, and will address how to adapt your tax structuring to meet any new requirements and remain compliant with UK tax legislation.

Taxation features heavily in each party’s manifesto and the implications for individuals could be significant. Via our leading team of tax services and property advisers, we regularly advise and support our clients by providing bespoke solutions to their individual needs.

These seminars will be led by our Tax Services and Property teams who will focus on the main issues that will affect individuals and include a briefing on:

  • Changes post-election
  • Transparency
  • Non-dom position
  • Tax structuring under a new Parliament
  • Property as a tax-efficient asset class
