Post-election Tax Implications for High-Net-Worth Individuals
Edwin Coe is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a seminar which will focus on the tax implications following the General Election 2015. This seminar will be of particular interest to high-net-worth individuals and their advisers, and will address how to adapt your tax structuring to meet any new requirements and remain compliant with UK tax legislation.

Speakers
Sean is a Partner within the Tax Services team, which forms part of Edwin Coe’s Private Client team. Sean acts for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, companies and trustees. He specialises on advising clients in relation to their personal tax affairs and resolving disputes with HMRC
Sean provides private client advice to international clients and entrepreneurs with a particular focus on wealth structuring, issues around residence and domicile, UK investment for non-residents (with a particular focus on property driven projects), and offshore trust/company/foundation arrangements. In addition, Sean acts for wealth management firms, fiduciary businesses, and offshore trustees on issues of UK taxation.
Sean also has significant experience assisting clients facing a tax enquiry or addressing historic irregularities via HMRC disclosure facilities (ODF/NDO/LDF) and Sean is well placed to offer client's the right advice at the right time.
Robert joined Edwin Coe as a Consultant in the real estate team in 2013. He qualified as a solicitor in 1982 and has been a partner at various City firms since 1994.
Robert has a great breadth of experience of commercial property transactions and the financing of real estate interests both for lenders and borrowers. Robert has acted for a wide variety of investors, developers, occupiers and financiers based in the UK and overseas including clients from Malaysia and Singapore.
Robert is a member of the Investment Property Forum, the Property and Finance Group and the Singapore Business Group.
