Nour is an Associate in the Employment team at Edwin Coe, specialising in advising both individuals and organisations on a broad spectrum of employment law matters.
Nour advises a wide range of clients, including corporates, senior executives, charities and regulated organisations. She has extensive experience managing complex workplace disputes, discrimination claims, whistleblowing issues, negotiated exits and strategic employment advisory work.
She provides guidance on employment tribunals, remuneration reform, consultation obligations and disciplinaries involving safeguarding, regulatory concerns and reputational management.
Nour also advises on complex employment investigations and reviews, often with regulatory or misconduct elements, on both a reactive and proactive basis.
