Mark is known for his reliability, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex portfolios. He is passionate about supporting clients in protecting their intellectual property rights across jurisdictions.

 

Mark supports the trademarks team by:

 

  • Filing and managing trademark and design applications in the UK, EU, and Internationally (both through WIPO and at national level).
  • Coordinating portfolios and ensuring timely renewals and ensuring the trademark registers are up to date through changes in name, address and assignment.

 

Mark excels at managing the application, prosecution, grant, maintenance and renewal of intellectual property rights with accuracy and efficiency.
