Jasmine is a solicitor in the Insurance Disputes team, having been admitted to the roll in September 2026. She acts exclusively for policyholders on complex, high-value insurance disputes across a broad range of sectors and policy types.

Jasmine joined Edwin Coe in 2024 as a trainee solicitor. During her two-year training contract, she completed seats in Restructuring & Insolvency; Corporate (including Banking and Financial Regulation); Commercial Disputes & Class Actions; and Insurance Disputes, before qualifying into the Insurance Disputes team.

Prior to joining the firm, Jasmine worked as a paralegal in the Tax and Wealth Planning team at Mishcon de Reya. She also gained paralegal experience at Hogan Lovells and at AFR Advocates, an offshore law firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey.

Jasmine graduated from the University of Exeter in 2021 with a first-class degree in Modern Languages, which included a year abroad studying at L’Università degli Studi di Ferrara in northern Italy. In 2023, she completed a master’s degree in Law, graduating with distinction, and passed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination at first sitting.
