Humphrey handles all aspects of commercial property work and specialises in acquisitions, dispositions and leasing of industrial and commercial properties as well as residential off the plan developments.
- Running the compulsory acquisitions for local government authority for the purposes of creation of roundabouts.
- Negotiated a listed entity’s acquisition of over £200 million in acquisitions for the purposes of development into independent aged care facilities.
- Advising on a private equity fund offloading shopping centre assets and completing the disposition of the assets.
- Advising private client on an off the plan high end residential development with the value of the development being over £20 million.
- Assisting and advising local government authority in joint venture with a listed entity for the disposition of surplus local government land to transfer to third party purchasers to develop over 5,000 lots into residential, commercial, civic and recreational lots.
