TRUST MANAGER
Humaira Omran is a Trust Manager in the Private Client team. She manages and advises advises on all aspects of trust administration, including tax compliance, accounts and HMRC registration.

Humaira has over 25 years’ experience, having built her career within one firm. She provides key support to partners acting as trustees, ensuring the smooth and effective administration of a wide range of trust structures.

She has particular experience in high-value and long-standing family trusts, often spanning multiple generations, and works closely with trustees, beneficiaries and life tenants as a trusted day-to-day contact. Humaira also liaises with professional advisers, including accountants and stockbrokers, to deliver a coordinated approach.

Alongside her client work, she has trained and supervised solicitors, trainees and paralegals, and has played a leading role in implementing trust registration processes to meet HMRC requirements.

Works closely with accountants and stockbrokers to ensure effective coordination of trust and investment matters.
Trains and supervises junior team members, supporting consistent delivery across the team.
