
Emma joined the Property Litigation department of Edwin Coe LLP in August 2019. She qualified as a solicitor in September 2018, having previously worked for Naylor Solicitors LLP, first as an intern and then for 2 years as a paralegal, before completing her training contract. Emma brings with her 4 years’ experience as a property litigation fee earner handling her own cases.
She handles a broad range of contentious property matters, acting for both landlords and tenants and enjoys working closely with managing agents and surveyors. Emma also has particular expertise in dealing with all types of contentious leasehold enfranchisement, including lease extensions and collective enfranchisement and right to manage claims.
