David advises on both sides on such matters as officeholder interviews/examinations and insolvency-specific claims such as misfeasance, undervalue transactions, and preferences. David also advises banks, lenders and creditors caught up in situations where an insolvency event has occurred or is on the horizon.

David also has significant commercial litigation experience, advising individuals, firms and companies in matters ranging from debt recovery to complex contract and corporate disputes.

David regularly lectures on topics regarding insolvency law and practice to both lawyers and insolvency practitioners.
