- Acting for a client who required an urgent application for an injunction to prevent the presentation of a winding up petition against the company.
- Acting for a client who required an urgent application for an injunction to prevent the advertisement of a winding up petition.
- Advising the sellers of an oil and gas licence with regard to a £1 million claim against them for an alleged breach of the terms of a Share Purchase Agreement specifically relating to obligations under the SPA to use its best endeavours and meeting certain commercial activity warranties. Settlement was eventually negotiated by the parties during a mediation.
- Advising siblings in a claim under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975 against a third sibling. A settlement was reached in favour of our clients providing them with a substantial sum from the estate of their deceased parents.
