
Ben joined the Private Client team in 2017 from Linklaters LLP. He undertakes all aspects of private client work and advises a broad range of domestic and international clients on their succession and tax planning affairs.
Ben’s areas of expertise include domicile, residence and the UK tax implications of asset structuring, especially in relation to UK residential property.
Prior to joining Edwin Coe, Ben spent some time working at Barclays Bank plc where he gained experience advising its UK trust company on their legal and fiduciary duties. Ben graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in law and completed his Legal Practice Course at BPP University Law School in London.
