Alexandra joined Edwin Coe in January 2003 and was made partner in 2009.

Alexandra has particular expertise in matters relating to the financial services, acting for both PRA and FCA regulated individuals and companies. She has a wealth of experience from both sides in Employment Tribunal and High Court claims in a range of matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract and restrictive covenants. Alexandra also provides advice on non-contentious matters relating to corporate transactions, including collective redundancies and TUPE.

Alexandra also advises on related company law matters including directors’ duties, shareholders’ disputes, employee benefit schemes and regulatory issues.
