Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that Lara Mardell, Of Counsel in our Private Client team will feature on a panel at a conference titled Non-Doms: Should I Stay or Should I Go? hosted by Henley & Partners.

In arguably the biggest shake-up to UK personal tax in 200 years, the existing non-dom regime is set to be abolished in April 2025. Other proposed policies could also impact on private school fees, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax, making proactive strategic planning essential.

On Tuesday, 12 November Lara will be on the 10:40am panel titled Advising Clients Leaving the UK where she will be discussing

• Looking at restructuring opportunities in relocation
