About the session

“Participation agreements often present unique challenges in practice. As requested by our members, this session will look at a range of issues to do with participation agreements and their use in collective enfranchisement. 

Points to be discussed will include: Participation agreements – are they really necessary?; managing conflicts; outside investors; and how to allocate value between participants, along with a number of other practical aspects.”
