INSOL Europe Academic Forum Conference Sponsor 2024

Edwin Coe is the proud main sponsor of the INSOL Europe Academic Forum Conference on 02 – 03 October 2024, taking place in Sorrento, Italy. This year’s conference will focus on the present and future of European insolvency law, including covering early restructuring to judicial review, harmonisation of avoidance claims and cross-border issues. A particular session will be dedicated to the relationship between environmental risks and insolvency.
