Edwin Coe is delighted to host the ‘HMRC’s reach – the new environment’ seminar which will be held on Wednesday 13 November.

Our Tax team will be providing an update and an outline of HMRC’s current powers in relation to direct taxes. The presentation will be focused on ‘behaviour’ as it relates to penalties and assessing time limits, as well as HMRC’s rights to taxpayer and third party information.

The team will also be discussing R (oao Jimenez) V HMRC [2019] EWCA Civ 51 and the implications for clients with cross-border wealth structures.
