Financial Promotions Seminar
Our corporate partner, Victor Hawrych will be hosting this seminar in association with Goodarce UK, who are an accredited training services provider for individuals working in the financial services industry and those who offer services to regulated firms.
This seminar will cover what is and who can issue a financial promotion, the exempted categories of persons who may receive a promotion, the process of approving a promotion, specific COBS rules, crowd funding and the marketing of an UCIS.

Victor specialises in corporate and commercial law. He deals with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance as well as advising on commercial transactions.
Victor is experienced in advising on financial services regulatory matters including the Financial Conduct Authority rules and in the structuring and setting up of funds. His industry experience includes the financial services, resources, energy, property, IT, construction & engineering and retail sectors.
