Edwin Coe builds Immigration practice with new Partner

Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that Robert Sparks has joined the firm as Partner in the Immigration team. He joins an experienced team of three fee earners who support both commercial and individual immigration requirements.

Robert Sparks is a specialist immigration lawyer who provides advice to high-net-worth individuals and those seeking to settle, study or visit the UK – particularly those with complex immigration issues. He also provides immigration services to corporate clients, including financial institutions, multinational companies and other law firms. Robert is an experienced advocate and regularly appears before the Immigration and Asylum Chamber. He was one of the first practitioners to challenge decisions under the Points Based System and has a detailed understanding of its operation and how it affects his clients.
