Edwin Coe advises on significant portfolio sale

Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that it has acted for the owners of a portfolio of 41 freehold properties in relation to a sale and leaseback to a listed social housing provider. It has completed the sale of that portfolio from agreement of heads of terms to completion, including preparation of reports of title on every property, in five weeks.

The transaction involved a complex network of agreements, including separate leases for every property, documentation of agreed works to be carried out and exercise of a significant number of options.

The transaction was put together by GDL, a leading provider of corporate advisory services based in London and the North East.
