David Greene joins Brexit Roundtable in Milan

Edwin Coe’s Senior Partner, David Greene will be speaking in Milan on 22 September, as part of a round table considering ‘The foreseeable effects of “Brexit ” on the single market ‘.

The discussion will be part of a day-long seminar organised by L’Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano (the Milan Bar Association) and the Magistrate’s Superior School entitled ‘The European Court of Justice and its role in building the Single Market: The new challenges ahead.‘ The event will examine the role of the ECJ in the Single Market, focusing on competition, intellectual property and industrial law.

The seminar is part of the Italian judicial continuing professional education program and it is in the process of being accredited by the relevant bar associations across Europe for CLE while the Milan bar has assigned six credits for its CLE.
