Class action specialist Edwin Coe has been asked to advise on claims arising from the fatal accident involving the derailment of a tram at Sandilands Junction, Croydon on 9 November 2016.

Edwin Coe is advising on bringing these claims. Head of Litigation, Michael Whitton said:

“This was an horrific incident and we are aware that the Rail Accident Investigation Branch (RAIB) are leading the investigation. It is obviously still early days but it seems fairly clear that those affected by this tragedy will be able to pursue claims for the suffering which has occurred.”
