Michael will be talking through a real-life example of the Insurance Act 2015 being applied to the circumstances surrounding an insurance claim of one of his clients. The talk will give actual illustrations of the duty of fair presentation, remedies for qualifying breaches and the effects of non-compliance with non-causative breaches of policy warranties.
