Christina Fitzgerald joins Edwin Coe’s top-ranked Restructuring & Insolvency team
Edwin Coe LLP is delighted to announce that corporate and personal insolvency specialist Christina Fitzgerald has joined the firm as a Partner. She joins the firm from Moon Beever, having previously been a Partner at Kennedys, Matthew Arnold & Baldwin and Shakespeare Martineau.
Christina is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and advises on corporate and personal insolvency, advising insolvency practitioners, accountants, banks, asset based lenders and other commercial organisations. She has particular expertise in advising troubled professional practices and distressed charities, not for profit organisations and corporate simplification. She also acts for clients in a wide variety of disputes including corporate, shareholder and partnership litigation, complex contractual disputes and professional negligence.
Christina is the current Vice President of R3 (the trade association for the UK’s insolvency and restructuring professionals), becoming President in April 2021, and also a member of Insol Europe.

Following Christina’s appointment, Edwin Coe’s Chambers UK Restructuring/Insolvency: Personal Insolvency band 1 team comprises three partners, a consultant and three associates. Christina is Edwin Coe’s second lateral hire of the year, following corporate specialist Daniel Bellau in January.
