From 6 April 2015, the annual increases in compensation limits and statutory pay will take effect as follows:
- Statutory maternity, adoption, paternity, additional paternity and shared parental pay increases to £139.58;
- Statutory sick pay increases to £88.45;
- The maximum compensatory award increases to £78,335 (for dismissals which take effect on or after 6 April 2015); and
- The statutory cap for a week’s pay for the purpose of calculating redundancy pay and the unfair dismissal basic award increases to £475 (for dismissals which take effect on or after 6 April 2015).
