Mr. Robert Englehart QC sitting as a deputy judge of the High Court gave permission to the Appellant, the trustee in bankruptcy of the Respondent, to appeal against his order dated 17 December 2014, whereby he dismissed the Appellant’s application for an income payments order pursuant to s.310 of the Insolvency Act 1986 in respect of income payable to the Respondent from his personal pension policies. The judgment is at [2014] EWHC 4209 (Ch).

The Appellant’s notice has now been filed and served.
