Examples of our work:

• Acting in a multinational fraud in Barbados, involving co-ordinating work across a number of jurisdictions, with proceedings in Barbados, England, Gibraltar and the Channel Islands.
• Acting for members of the Mayflower Action Group (made up of investors and private shareholders of the collapsed bus company), regarding a potential claim against former directors.
• Successfully taking proceedings in the Competition Appeal Tribunal on behalf of 32,000 members of the Association of Convenience Stores (corner shops) to win a review of the groceries sector by the Competition Commission.
• Acting for shareholders of Railtrack, in the UK’s leading class action against the Secretary of State for Transport, alleging misfeasance in public office.
• Acting for publicans pursuing damages claims against breweries to whom they were improperly tied, in the wake of the Court of Appeal’s judgment in respect of publican Bernard Crehan and the brewery, Inntrepreneur Pub Company.
• Representing shareholders of interactive TV Company YooMedia plc, formerly known as E-District plc, in a claim relating to fraud in an Initial Public Offering. This case involved suing the auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers, to obtain an advantageous settlement for our clients.
