Intellectual Property

Examples of our work:

  • Acting for the international conservation organisation, WWF, in its successful action against the World Wrestling Federation, preventing it from using the initials WWF.
  • Pursuing high-street giant, Marks & Spencer, to win a design copyright claim on behalf of a young British Design Company, Spiralstem Limited. Spiralstem were awarded £750,000 compensation.
  • Representing cellXion Networks LLC, in High Court proceedings involving allegations of copyright infringement and misuse of confidential information. An injunction was set aside and the claimants dropped their proceedings against CellXion. A challenge to the relevant patent continues in the High Court.
