Examples of our work:

• Advising a national security company regarding two employees who set up a competing company whilst on garden leave. We assisted the client in gathering sufficient information to enable them to obtain injunctive relief against both employees and the competing company.
• Advising a professional partnership on complex grievance procedures raised by an employee, which resulted in the issue of Employment Tribunal proceedings for breach of contract, unfair dismissal, race and sex discrimination and victimisation. The claim was ultimately settled for one eighth of the anticipated costs of defending the proceedings.
• Defending a multi-national container company against claims of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination. This matter involved a number of complex issues and procedural difficulties, but we were able to turn the procedural difficulties to the advantage of the client, placing them in a favourable position and resulting in a beneficial settlement.
