  • Acting for Carrier Corporation (a subsidiary of US multi-national United Technologies Corporation) on its acquisition of Longville Group Limited from Bridgepoint Capital.
  • Acting for Retec Digital plc on its reverse take over of Retec Interface Limited, placing and re admission to AIM with a market capitalisation of £5 million.
  • Acting for Freeplay Energy Plc on its acquisition of Barrett Marketing Group, Inc. for £5.7 million, placing and re admission to AIM with a market capitalisation of £14M.
  • Advising on the sale of the Leo Casino in Liverpool to UK gaming company, Gala Group, for £15 million.
  • Advising Freeplay Energy plc on its acquisition of Barrett Marketing Group plc for £5.7million, combined with the placing of over 11 million new ordinary shares to raise £3.3 million, and readmission to AIM.
  • Advising ZimNRG plc on its admission to PLUS Markets, public offer for up to 75 million new ordinary shares, and £1.5 million fund raising this year. This involved establishing a new company, raising pre-IPO finance, and preparing the offer for subscription and admission to OFEX.
