EDWIN COE LLP ADDS ANOTHER PARTNER TO ITS CORPORATE PRACTICE

Edwin Coe LLP has boosted its corporate team with the addition of Andrew Bretherton who joined the firm as a partner in early June from Fladgate LLP, where he was also a partner.

Andrew provides corporate and commercial advice to public and private companies. His expertise includes venture capital, private equity, mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, corporate finance, joint ventures, corporate governance and investment funds. Andrew has advised UK and international clients on debt and equity fund raisings on the London, Luxembourg and Singapore Stock Exchanges including admissions to AIM and PLUS.
