EDWIN COE LLP APPOINTS FOUR NEW PARTNERS

Edwin Coe LLP is pleased to announce that it has taken on four new partners: Simon Miles has joined the Corporate and Commercial group as IP Partner, from Teacher Stern; Vivien Davis has joined as partner in the Litigation group - Vivien was previously a partner at Royds; Ruth Hickling has joined the Employment group as partner from Fasken Martineau LLP; and David Goepel has joined the Private Client group as partner. David was formerly with Withers LLP.

Edwin Coe's newly appointed Chief Executive, Tim Nash, commented, "We are pleased to welcome four excellent additions to the firm, bringing quality and experience to support specific areas where the firm has identified opportunities for growth."

Simon Miles' practice focuses on both contentious and non-contentious IP work, including the management, exploitation and protection of intellectual property rights.

Vivien Davis handles a wide range of commercial litigation, and represents a number of Middle Eastern clients.

David Goepel acts for a wide range of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, trustees and trust companies, and deals with a broad range of private client trust and tax work, both onshore and offshore.

Ruth Hickling provides practical and strategic advice on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Her clients include high-net-worth individuals, public and private companies, and charities in sectors including pharmaceutical, financial services, PR and marketing, mining, construction and manufacturing.
