Tim Nash

EDWIN COE LLP APPOINTS NEW CEO

Edwin Coe LLP is pleased to announce that Tim Nash will succeed Mike Elliott as Chief Executive Officer at the end of December 2008, when Mike is due to retire after more than thirty years in the role.

Tim Nash has a background in finance, having joined Edwin Coe from Eversheds where he was Group Financial Controller. Prior to that Tim has held various financial positions for firms such as PwC, Freshfields and Clifford Chance.

Chris Berry, Senior Partner at Edwin Coe, said: "We shall be very sorry to lose Mike. He has guided us through many changes and developments during his 30 years with the firm. I am sure Tim is looking forward to what will be a great challenge for him."

Tim says his goal is to ensure that Edwin Coe meets and exceeds clients' expectations by creating an environment where client service comes first, underpinning top quality lawyers with first class support staff, systems and processes.
