Melissa joined Edwin Coe as a Trainee in September 2008 and is an assistant in the Insurance Litigation group.

Melissa studied history at the University of York and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Melissa has worked for regional firms in the East Midlands including Geldards and Freeth Cartwright, in commercial litigation and commercial property respectively. Prior to starting as a Trainee Melissa spent several months working in South Africa followed by six months in the corporate department at Eversheds.
