Katharina joined Edwin Coe as a trainee in September 2007. She obtained a 2:1 Degree in Italian and History of Art at University College London, and then undertook a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course (Distinction) at BPP London (2004-2006).

Following completion of the LPC, Katharina gained work experience at Volkswagen Logistics in Germany, where she dealt with matters concerning Commercial Law as well as German and International Transport Law. She completed her first seat in Insolvency & Restructuring and is currently completing her second seat with the Insurance Litigation team.

Katharina is a native German speaker and fluent in Italian.
