Amir graduated from Queen Mary College, University of London with a 2:1 honours degree in English and European Law. He spent the penultimate year of his degree studying various aspects of European and International law at the University of Copenhagen, and then undertook the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London.

Following completion of the LPC, Amir gained a year's work experience as a Paralegal at Allen & Overy in the Banking, Global Loans Group before working as a legal assistant for over 18 months at White & Case in their capital markets and structured finance practices. Amir has also gained legal work experience in Singapore and Dubai.

Amir joined Edwin Coe LLP as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2008 and is currently completing his final seat in the Property department.
