Thom joined Edwin Coe LLP as a partner in March 2008 from Reed Smith Richards Butler LLP. He deals with a wide range of property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, development, landlord and tenant and investment work, high value residential purchases, structured tax transactions and the property aspects of corporate transactions. He acts for a diverse range of clients from large companies and PLCs to investors, franchisees and entrepreneurs.

Thom has particular expertise in acting in relation to the acquisition and disposal of brownfield sites and dealing with environmental contamination issues, especially in relation to the chemicals industry.
