John was admitted as a solicitor in 1965 and initially practised as a commercial litigator, subsequently switching to commercial property. John’s earlier exposure to litigation has provided a depth of experience unusual in the property field. He has specialised in landlord and tenant work not only for major institutional clients but also on behalf of industrial retail and commercial clients requiring their own occupational premises.

John has established a substantial network of overseas clients who have invested in UK property and has also established considerable expertise in bank security work.

Having been Senior Partner at Edwin Coe between 1986 to October 2005, John is now delighted to be able to concentrate fully on assisting clients with their Property issues.
